“I have been working for JCA for over 3 years and manage the computers and communications for the group of companies. Since joining the company the IT requirement has grown significantly as the company has expanded. Due to the fast paced nature of the business we are always working to find new ways to improve the working experiences of the team and to ensure IT within the company is fully utilised by all employees. My role is extremely varied and on a daily basis I deal with users at all levels, it is certainly a challenge but extremely rewarding to be involved in something so fundamental to the smooth running of the company.”
