“I joined JCA maintenance as a service controller in March 2010. My role involves booking service visits with customers and sub contractors, arranging engineer attendance for call outs, raising quotations for remedial works and renewal of service and maintenance contracts. This is an extremely reactive role where no two days are the same and although the role is very fast paced, it is extremely satisfying to see issues resolved for our clients. I have also recently become responsible for the financial elements of the maintenance contracts and am enjoying the new challenge.”
