“I joined JCA in the autumn of 2006 as service controller for the maintenance division. Due to extensive expansion within the department, I was promoted to maintenance administration manager in the December of 2010. I was responsible for running the administration team which consists of Daure Thomas, Tina McGennity on the mobile side of the business and Emma Slattery on the resident; we’ve recently been joined by Beverley Lee to bolster the team. I enjoy working in maintenance as no two days are ever the same; I get to deal with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the engineers, all on a daily basis. JCA invest in their employees and if they see potential in personnel they encourage and support via courses and mentoring.”
