“I started working with JCA as a contracts manager in 2008. My role within JCA is to take new contracts from initial site set up through to completion, including contractor selection, liaising with clients, architects, quantity surveyors and main contractors. The role also involves financial management of projects and ensuring that deadlines are met. Due to the varied knowledge and experience within JCA, projects can vary through different forms of M&E works and construction. I feel that in my three years with JCA, my own knowledge and ability has grown due to the team of people I work with. If there is a question to be asked there is always someone within JCA willing and able to answer it. The employees at JCA are always happy to support each other, which allows everyone to carry out their own roles to a higher standard.”
