‘Open Door’ Consultation

JCA operates an open door policy to health and safety consultation, whereby all employees are encouraged to discuss any concerns with their supervisor, line manager or directly with the health and safety manager. We extend this policy to all of our sites and all contractors are expected to notify the site supervisors or appropriate JCA manager of any concerns they have. Our health and safety manager’s contact details are also available onsite so the operatives (JCA direct and contractors) can discuss issues directly should they feel this is necessary.
